The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced NPI Supervisor to join our team at the Mt Marion Lithium mine, with a key focus on potable water supply infrastructure, borefields, water network operations, maintenance and minor works.

Reporting to the Superintendent, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient supervision of non-process infrastructure activities that support Crushing, Processing, Mining and ancillary operations. You will oversee day-to-day NPI works, ensuring the reliable delivery of compliant potable water to site while maintaining infrastructure to a high standard.

This role will commence on an 8D6X roster flying from Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day NPI activities on site, with a primary focus on potable water infrastructure, borefields and water network operations
• Oversee operation and maintenance of borefields, pipelines and associated water supply systems
• Provide maintenance support and interface for NPI facilities across the site
• Prepare, issue and close out contractor work packs, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to quality standards
• Carry out compliance activities including statutory installations, inspections, reporting and record-keeping
• Conduct routine inspections and condition assessments of NPI assets, identifying and escalating defects or deterioration
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with WHS requirements, environmental approvals, MinRes policies and site procedures
• Lead and support team members, fostering a safe, inclusive and high-performing culture aligned with MinRes values

What is Required

• Relevant trade qualification in Civil Construction, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Heavy Plant Operation or similar
• Certificate IV in Leadership & Management or equivalent as well as a current Schedule 26 Supervisor Certification
• Current Western Australian Manual Vehicle Driver’s Licence (MR or HR class highly regarded)
• Extensive experience within civil construction, site services, maintenance, mechanical or electrical roles within mining or heavy industry
• Demonstrated supervisory or leading-hand experience in a mining, remote site or comparable operational environment
• Strong understanding of WHS legislative requirements, hazard identification and risk management principles
• Knowledge of WA mining regulations, approvals and environmental management requirements
• Systems-focused mindset with the ability to understand water infrastructure as an integrated network and communicate impacts clearly
• Proactive and improvement-focused approach to problem solving, maintenance planning and operational priorities
