The Opportunity

Crushing Services International is seeking multiple experienced Processing Supervisors for our Lithium Operation on a 2/1 roster. Reporting directly to the Processing Superintendent, you will lead a dedicated team, ensure safe and efficient production while continuously improve processing activities to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of processing technicians and operators to achieve key production and quality objectives.
• Overseeing the operation of processing equipment, ensuring optimal conditions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinating both planned and unplanned maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure high levels of equipment reliability.
• Managing the response to breakdowns and conducting failure analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Fostering a work environment that promotes safety and compliance with all required regulations.

What is Required?

• Strong fixed-plant mineral processing experience
• Demonstrated experience providing leadership within a processing plant environment
• Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.
• Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm culture
